A DECADE OF LIVING LINK
Introducing the Diggity 125. Our tenth bike built around Spot's Living Link suspension system, and the most refined yet. Every aspect focused on removing distraction, maximizing confidence, and letting you push harder.
Every line, every detail, designed with intention to create the most pure expression of a modern mountain bike. With handling so effortless that intuition takes over, you don't chase the flow state on the Diggity. It finds you.
While you're in the zone, the third-generation Living Link silently delivers superior grip, incredible bump sensitivity, deep mid-stroke control, and the most efficient climbing platform we've ever engineered. No lockout lever required. No doubt.
Hammer climbs. Rip descents. Cover all the ground. Ten years in, we've gotten good at this.
RIDE CHARACTER
Ground-hovering speed, instinctive flow, and cornering that rewires what you thought a trail bike could do.
The Diggity accelerates effortlessly, corners on a thought, holds traction through chunder and carries speed through the pucker. With a touchdown feel that makes the trail go quiet and an energetic pop off every lip, the Diggity will have you hunting for every sneaker hit.
Climbing's hard. That's why we engineer ways to make it less hard. Stomp the pedals out of the saddle and the Diggity answers like an XC bike. Power through tech sections and it tracks like it's reading the trail in advance. The kinematics dish out the right amount of suspension in every situation. Enough to keep the rear tire glued through roots and ledges. Never so much that you feel power loss. All automatically. Lockout not required.
Pointed downhill, the Diggity finds usable travel where you need it, supports when pushed into a corner, pops on demand, and stays composed when the trail gets unruly. It rewards charging and chilling, smashing and slashing, boosting and squashing. It rewards mountain biking.
LIVING LINK — 3RD GEN, DISTILLED
Tighter packaging. Sharper anti-squat. The Living Link platform at its most evolved.
Living Link is the reason a Spot rides like a Spot. The third generation is the most evolved version of the platform yet, and on the Diggity, we’ve taken it further still.
Linkage and frame are packaged tighter, pulling mass toward the bike’s center for sharper handling and a more agile feel. The anti-squat curve is tuned with a narrower focus: Peak values land directly in the sag range where you actually pedal, and drop off cleanly at either end of the stroke so the suspension stays free to work when the bike is loaded or unloaded. More peak anti-squat. Less chain growth. A pedaling platform without the trade-offs.
What you feel is a bike that climbs efficiently without ever feeling locked out, finds traction in places other bikes slip, and stays calm when the trail gets chaotic. The platform is constantly working to maintain momentum and composure, so you can level up your riding game every time out.
We design every bike in-house, from the ground up — suspension layout, kinematics, cable ports, pivot hardware, every bit of the industrial design — under one roof, by one team. We aren’t beholden to a licensed platform, an outside design firm, or an off-the-shelf anything. We own the look, the feel, and the function of every bike we make, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Our third generation Living Link platform provides better power delivery, traction, sensitivity and support than ever before. Read More
FRAME ENGINEERING
Game by the pound.
A frame is more than a stack of tubes. The way forces travel through it, the way mass is distributed across it, and the way it carries water, gear, and the rider all add up to how the bike feels under you. We engineered the Diggity around three ideas — and then took material away from anywhere that wasn't earning its keep.
The Slaybar architecture lets the down tube and seat tube share the loads coming out of the shock and linkage. Forces get focused into the central frame sections instead of dumped at the tips, so the middle of the bike is the stiffest part — a longbow-style flex distribution that puts material where it's working and removes it where it isn't. It's the best strength-to-frame-weight ratio we've ever built.
The Diggity's suspension system is condensed and pulled toward the center of the bike. Aluminum hardware is pared down to its minimum form. Front and rear triangles use small, slim sections. Every move is in service of two things — minimizing total mass and lowering the center of gravity. The bike that comes out the other side is more nimble, more responsive, and more agile under the rider.
Bottle access is generous. Bigger bottles fit. There's dedicated space below the Slaybar for an accessory mount that comes off the bike when you don't need it. Standover is low across all four sizes. Every rider gets the same packaging benefits regardless of frame size.
FRAME DETAILS
The choices that make a bike easy to own.
Pivots stay tight and quiet because that's a non-negotiable. SprockLock replaces friction-based pivot hardware with a true mechanical interlock — a splined axle and a locking cap that key directly into the frame so nothing can back out under load. Fewer parts. Simpler service. Failsafe. And because all pivot fasteners are accessed from the non-drive side, the drive-side stays clean — uninterrupted lines and almost no visible hardware.
The Diggity rides on six pivot bearings — Enduro dual-row full-complement, all the same size, all mounted in the links rather than pressed into the frame. Every bearing also gets an external secondary seal to keep moisture and grit out of the race. Service is simpler, parts inventory is smaller, and the frame itself never sees a bearing bore. That's how it should be.
Custom molded rubber, shaped to the Diggity's chainstay, chainstay bridge, and downtube. It deadens chain slap, quiets trail chatter, and protects paint in the most vulnerable zones.
We worked locally with JPaks — a Colorado craftsman hand-stitching purpose-built bikepacking gear — on a custom frame pack tailored to the exact shape of a space inside the Diggity's main triangle. It bolts on without straps, mounts low, sits flush, and doesn't take up any bottle real estate. Comes off in seconds when you don't need it. Bespoke. Exactly what you need, nothing you don't.
Available soon, only from Spot.
Nobody does cable ports cleaner than this. Instead of molding metal threads into carbon to cinch port covers down, we came up with something more elegant — a single fastener ties both sides of the port together and threads directly into the drive-side cover. Less material. More reliability. Port covers are interchangeable to fit any common cable configuration. No doubt.
Threaded BB. ISCG tabs. Generous tire clearance for proper rubber. Shorter seat tubes with more insertion, to maximize dropper lengths across sizes. Compatible with how you ride.
A decade in. The most refined Living Link bike we've built. Yours, whenever you're ready.
Hot diggity.
