Refund policy

Your satisfaction and the performance of our bikes are extremely important to us. If you have any issues, please reach out by phone 303-278-3955 or email customerservice@spotbikes.com and let us help you solve them. Often times a small adjustment is all you need to be running smoothly.

30-day Return Policy:

• Returns will be accepted for unopened bikes within 30 days of original shipment date for a refund or credit.
• Please contact Spot for return options of opened, assembled, or test ridden bikes
• Proof of purchase required
• Credits will be applied to the original credit card used in the transaction
• Returns not available for closeout bikes
• Returns not available for bikes shipped outside the United States
• Outbound and return shipping costs will not be refunded
• All items returned must have a Spot provided Return Authorization(RA) number, please do not ship anything to Spot without this number.
