Ride It, Love It Guarantee

Buying a bike sight-unseen can be nerve-wracking. The Ride It, Love It Guarantee is how we fix that. Take your new Spot complete build or frame out for 30 days of real riding. If you don't love it, we'll take it back.

If something isn't clicking, call us at 303-278-3955 or email sales@spotbikes.com before you start a return. A lot of the time it's a setup issue such as sag adjustment, a cockpit tweak, or tire pressure recommendation that we can sort out in a phone call.

The Fine Print:

• 30 days, starting at delivery. After that we can't take it back.
• Ride it, but don't break it. Normal trail use is the whole point. Returns need to come back in like-new, resalable condition. If something gets crashed, broken, or worn beyond what a few rides would explain, we'll deduct the cost of making it right, or in serious cases, the bike's yours to keep.
• Pack it like we packed it. Most cosmetic damage on returns happens in transit because of loose parts shifting in the box. Take your time, use the original packaging, and insure the shipment. If it gets damaged on the way back, that's on the shipper and on you.
• A 5% restocking fee applies to non-financed returns, calculated on the total purchase price including shipping and taxes. If you cancel a non-financed order before it ships, the fee drops to 2%. Financed orders (Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, and similar Buy Now Pay Later services) carry a 10% fee whether the bike shipped or not.
• Outbound and return shipping costs are not refundable. If your order shipped free, we'll deduct our actual shipping cost ($49 to $149 depending on destination) from your refund.
• Spot offers assembly reimbursement up to $100 if you'd like to take your bike to a shop for final assembly. Assembly reimbursement is not refundable in the event of a return.
• Frame-only purchases follow the same 30-day window as complete bikes. Build it, ride it, decide. Same condition rules apply.
• Refunds are applied to the original payment method used in the transaction.
• Proof of purchase required.

What We Can't Take Back:

• Demo bikes and refurbished bikes.
• Bikes with any modifications to the build spec.
• Bikes shipped outside the United States.
• Outlet sales. Size exchanges can be accommodated based on availability.
• Anything discounted 35% or higher.

How to Return

If you wish to return your bike or other product, please follow these steps:

• Email webstore@spotbikes.com with a brief explanation for the return. If there is something we can help with, please let us know. If not, we will issue you an RA number.
• Ship the bike or product back to Spot with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the box. If possible, please provide us with the tracking number or estimated delivery date. The package should be shipped back to Spot Bikes at 331 Corporate Circle Ste. C Golden, CO 80401.
• When a bike arrives back at Spot it will be inspected for damage or excessive wear and tear within 1-2 business days.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection of the bike or the arrival of the product. Please allow 3-4 business days for the money to make it back into your account after we process the refund.
