Oh, the places you will go on your Spot Rallye!

I don’t usually write reviews, but the people at Spot have been amazing in their help on bike set up. The least I could do is give them a solid back in a review.

I’ve had the Rallye for 3 weeks now and have taken the bike on several big rides. South Table, check. North Table, check. Waterton Canyon, check. Colorado Trail, check. Phantom Canyon and Shelf Road, check.

Every time out, the bike performed flawlessly which says a lot. This bike is great on gravel roads, but it really excels when the going gets rough. The bike didn’t flinch on the mountain bike trails on North Table or the Colorado Trail. It was even more amazing handling the fast rutted and washboard descent on Shelf road.

The bike handles well on tarmac too. Coming down Golden Gate Road I got the bike up to 54 MPH and felt totally confident and comfortable carving turns and enjoyed the much earned downhill.

I have a Santa Cruz Stigmata, which is an awesome bike, I have to say I like my new Rallye even more. The geometry just feels perfect. The Stigmata is more of a road/cross bike feel, whereas the Rallye feels more confidence inspiring and planted. The geo with a longer top tube and shorter stem really works.

You can take the Rallye literally anywhere, which is exactly what I want in a gravel bike. The Rallye is extremely comfortable and absorbs a bunch of the trail chatter without feeling dead or disconnected.

Go get yourself a Spot Rallye and go get lost!

The marketing holds up

I have another gravel bike that is the typical road bike with fat tires. What that bike does not do is give me any confidence downhill. Way to far over the front with the steep head angle and longer stem. Enter the Rallye - this bike really helps with the confidence and comfort. Added a dropper and a 2.1 to the front. The bike rips on all the trails now. A few things to note - I don't see a 2.1 fitting comfortably in the rear with clearance for mud. Also, Spot added frame protection to the inside of the seat tube that is a nice touch. Everything worked perfect out of the box. Makes me want more Spots.

A gravel bike for mountain bikers!

The Rallye is truly fun and inspiring bike. It is capable of handling super rowdy trails but still has great manners on the road. I can't wait to race it Steamboat Gravel and explore the roads and single track around Colorado.

Rallye on!!!

I love climbing single track. My other bike is a single speed (Honey Badger)…I stand everywhere I go. I got the rallye because it’s light, comfortable on 30 mile plus rides, and so I can ride to trail heads instead of drive. I’m impressed how well the rallye handles the descent with no suspension. Thank you carbon fiber! Thank you Spot family:)

Cheers!

Incredible!

Cosmetically it's just a beautiful bike. I have the Purple and it's always asking me to take it out for a ride. Very smooth lines and hidden cables is a bonus.

Riding the Rallye is just a fun experience. It corners extremely nice at high speeds you just find yourself starting to dive bomb stuff you usually wouldn't. At low speed cornering it is very maneuverable. On just flat high speed gravel/dirt the bike feels so smooth that you just want to pedal it harder and harder to have more speed fun. Downhill is just as good I was taking it on some mtb trails and it handled them with no problems. My favorite is how well it climbs. It really puts you in a natural climbing position that feels very good on long hard grinding climbs or short steep technical stuff where you need your upper body to engage with the bike. The power transfer from the pedals is solid...this bike rallyes!! Had to say it.
