EDITORS' CHOICE - Raises the Bar for Mid-Travel Trail Bikes

"I fell in love with it instantly, and that love only got deeper as I rode it more and stronger as I rode other bikes. For what it’s worth, this is my favorite mountain bike right now, and the one bike I’d keep if I had to get rid of the others."

Spot Mayhem 130 5 Star

This bike does everything well and is a great trail bike. Component spec is good and the suspension setup provided by Spot works great. Couldn't be happier with the bike, or support from the guys in Golden Colorado. I am a repeat customer!

Love my new Mayhem

I previously had a Gen 1 Mayhem which I was very happy with but decided it was time for an upgrade. Was torn between a Ryve and the Gen 2 Mayhem with 6 Star AXS build and ultimately opted with the Mayhem and have no regrets. I do feel, as Spot stated, that they improved “everything good” about the old version; you feel more power to the pedals and the travel seems a little nicer (not that it wasn’t great before). It also feels a little more balanced and I like the placement of the shock on the new bike as it’s easier to pick up my bike when I need to. The climbing on this bike is awesome and I feel tons of confidence descending; it really takes care of my “bad choices”!!

Only real complaint is my bike mechanic (husband) is not thrilled about how the rear brake is mounted.
